Natalie has 5 years of experience as a receptionist; she started working in the medical field about 2 years ago along side a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, where she gained her knowledge on plastic surgery and medical spa services. Natalie has been with Aesderma Med Spa for 2 years, going on 3. She is passionate about providing quality customer service to patients; Her goal is to make patients feel comfortable and confident with their treatments while educating them on pre & post-op care.

Aileen is a registered dialysis nurse who has worked with many experts where she gained her knowledge and training that led to where she is right now. Aileen is very thorough, making sure that things are getting done correctly. Working at med spas for a few years helped Aileen to build her knowledge about using different machines and techniques as well as applying concepts in performing her tasks.
